Dean sets the figures and writes them up himself, on this board and on the one in the shop. The two always match, and what's on the board is what you pay.
In plain words
- Fades
- Skin, taper or blended — tell us how short at the sides and where you want it fading up. If you've got a photo on your phone, show us. Saves everybody a lot of talking.
- Beard trims
- Taken down to the length you want, shaped and lined up round the cheeks and under the chin. Say if you want the neck cleaned up while we're there.
- Kids' cuts
- Same cut as the grown-ups get, with a bit more patience and a bit less chat about the football. Bring them in, sit them down, we'll sort it.
- Hot towel shaves
- A proper wet shave. Hot towel on the face first to soften everything, then the razor, then a cold towel to close it off. Eyes shut, say nowt, come out smooth.
- Old fella haircuts
- Short back and sides, scissors over comb, tidy round the ears and the neck. The cut you've always had, done proper and no fuss. Plenty of our regulars have had theirs here for all six years.

That's the whole list. There's nothing else to do now — no form, no slot, nothing to confirm. You've seen what it costs; the next step is the door.
Walk-ins all day Tuesday to Saturday, and Thursday we're here till 8 for anyone finishing work late in Stoke. Mondays and Sundays we're shut. If it's a Saturday and the football's on, have a look at the gauge before you set off.
